RBC Fitness / Boxing & Fitness: Open to all fitness & skill levels.

Juniors Boxing: Fitness & Boxing Skills for 8 – 11 years.

Boxing Class: This session concentrates on boxing skills. Open to professional, amateur and corporate fighters.

Ladies Only: Ladies only classes covering fitness, weights, & strength & conditioning.

Open Sparring Session: Available to everyone. Concentrating on skills.

Hunuman Martial Arts: Hybrid fighting arts comprised of various combatives arts. *(separate costs apply)

Fitness/MMA: Open to all fitness and skill levels.
